Refund Policy

Premier Health & Safety Academy is committed to transparency regarding tuition, fees, and refunds so students can make informed enrollment decisions. This Refund Policy applies to all PHSA programs unless otherwise stated in writing.

Tuition Refund Eligibility

A full refund of tuition is available at any time before the start of the second class session. Once the second class session has begun, no refunds will be issued. Registration fees, books, testing fees, uniforms, background check fees, and other third-party costs are non-refundable.

Withdrawal and Academic Status

Students who voluntarily withdraw from a program after the second class session are not eligible for a refund. Placement on academic probation, participation in remediation, or academic performance outcomes do not alter refund eligibility.

Course Cancellation by PHSA

If PHSA cancels a course prior to its scheduled start date, students will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer their enrollment to a future course offering.

Payment Plan Compliance

Students participating in an approved payment plan must comply with the agreed-upon terms. Failure to do so may result in restricted access to coursework or program participation, in accordance with PHSA policies.
