Tina Brostek

Program Director, BA, NRP, FESI-II

Tina Brostek brings more than two decades of experience, leadership, and compassion to her role as Program Director at Premier Health and Safety Academy. Born and raised in Michigan and now residing in LaGrange, Ohio, Tina is known for her warm, welcoming spirit—someone whose door is always open and who never hesitates to provide a meal, support, or simply a listening ear to anyone in need. Outside of work, she enjoys riding her motorcycle on long winding roads, as well as sewing and gardening, hobbies that reflect both her adventurous side and her attention to detail.

Tina began her EMS journey at the Lorain County JVS, earning her EMT certification before completing her Paramedic certification through Lorain County Community College in 1995. She later expanded her expertise even further by earning her Bachelor’s degree from Cleveland State University in 2017. Her career started with LifeCare Ambulance, where she gained hands-on experience and a deep appreciation for patient care. She went on to serve as Program Director for the LifeCare EMS Training Academy, further establishing herself as a respected leader in EMS education.

Since joining Premier Health and Safety Academy in 2019, Tina has played an instrumental role in shaping the academy’s instructional programs. She teaches a wide range of courses, including all AHA certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS), initial EMR, EMT, and Paramedic training, Anatomy & Physiology prerequisites, and refresher and continuing education at all EMS levels. Tina values the camaraderie that PHSA fosters—among both staff and students—and takes pride in building an environment where people feel supported, motivated, and capable of achieving their goals.
