Sara Moore
EMS Instructor
Sarah Moore brings compassion, dedication, and a calm, steady presence to her role as a Paramedic Instructor at Premier Health and Safety Academy. Originally from Amherst, Ohio, and now residing in Wellington, Sarah enjoys a quiet life outside of work—spending time with family, relaxing with her two cats, or getting lost in a good book. Her down-to-earth nature and ability to connect with people make her a valued mentor to the students she teaches.
Sarah began her EMS career in 2018 as an EMT with LifeCare in Elyria, where she quickly discovered her passion for helping people in their most vulnerable moments. Her dedication to professional growth led her to continue her education at Premier Health and Safety Academy, where she advanced through rigorous training and ultimately earned her Paramedic certification in 2024. This experience deepened her understanding of high-quality patient care and strengthened her commitment to excellence in emergency medicine.
As an instructor in both the Paramedic and EMT programs at PHSA, Sarah takes pride in supporting the next generation of providers. She believes strongly in staying current with best practices, and teaching allows her to remain sharp and continuously learning. Above all, Sarah is driven by one simple philosophy: if she can make even one person’s worst day a little better, she has done her job. This mindset shapes her approach in the classroom and inspires the students who have the privilege of learning from her.
