
Matt Sebo
EMS Instructor
Matt Sebo is a Critical Care Paramedic with over a decade of experience in EMS, beginning his career in 2013 with Lifecare EMS. Originally from Northern Ohio, with roots in Southern Ohio and West Virginia, Matt has built his career through dedication to both patient care and continuous professional growth.
He completed his Paramedic training at Lifecare Training Academy in 2018 and went on to earn his FP-C (Flight Paramedic Certification) in 2025. Throughout his career, Matt has served in a variety of high-level roles, including working with Metro Life Flight as a Critical Care Paramedic and serving as a Lieutenant with Lifecare Ambulance.
Matt began teaching at Premier Health & Safety Academy (PHSA) in 2025 after obtaining his EMS Instructor certification. He currently teaches Paramedic courses, where he brings real-world experience and a passion for mentorship into the classroom.
Having been mentored early in his own career, Matt is driven by the opportunity to give backāhelping train the next generation of EMS professionals and making a lasting impact on both students and patients alike. He is motivated by the constant challenges of the field and strives to grow both as a clinician and educator.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys fishing, hunting, and playing guitar, and has a deep appreciation for the mountains of West Virginia.
