OVERVIEW
COURSE SUMMARY
This American Heart Association (AHA) Heartsaver course (about 4–5 hours, instructor-led or blended) teaches adult, child, and infant CPR, AED use, choking relief, and first-aid basics such as bleeding control, burns, sprains, and medical emergencies. Interactive videos, hands-on manikins, and scenario practice ensure you can act quickly at work, home, or in the community.
Course Requirements
No medical background required; minimum age 12 (per AHA guidance)
Government photo ID for workplace credit
Ability to kneel for CPR and perform first-aid bandaging/splinting drills
Full payment or employer voucher submitted before class
