OVERVIEW
COURSE SUMMARY
Designed for current or recently expired ITLS Basic/Advanced cardholders, this one-day class revisits rapid scene size-up, the 15-step trauma assessment, airway and chest injury care (including needle decompression), hemorrhage control, vascular access, spinal motion restriction, extrication, and patient packaging. Morning review is followed by skills stations and the standard written & practical examinations—condensed content, same rigorous standards.
Course Requirements
Current or ≤ 6-month–expired ITLS Basic/Advanced card
Current AHA/ARC BLS Provider card
Completion of pre-course worksheet or online quiz (bring hard copy)
Government photo ID and course fee paid in advance
Ability to perform patient assessment and skills on floor-level manikins
