OVERVIEW
COURSE SUMMARY
This stand-alone Heartsaver track (≈2–3 hours) teaches chest-compression-only and full CPR, rescue breaths, choking relief, and safe AED operation. Video lessons pair with manikin feedback devices to build muscle memory and confidence for workplace or community response.
Course Requirements
No prerequisites; minimum age 10–12 recommended
Ability to kneel and deliver 2 min of CPR on adult/child manikins
Government photo ID if certification needed for employment
Tuition paid before class date
